LONG LASTING STAINLESS STEEL WIRE PEGSThese clothespegs are made from one piece of steel wire, which is bent and twisted into the final shape on special machines. Thus, the peg does not consist of parts that can come apart. The wire is stainless of the type AISI 304, which is also called A2 stainless steel or 18/8 steel. The peg can withstand being stored outside on a drying rack or clothesline all year round. It does not rust. In addition, the peg is not degraded by sunlight and frost and it is not discolored by algae like wooden pegs.The pegs are available in two sizes. The largest size squeezes harder and thus holds the garment better. It can be an advantage if it concerns thicker clothes, for example jeans, outerwear or blankets. However, none of the sizes can be described as storm pegs, i.e. pegs that keep the clothes on the clothesline regardless of the wind conditions.
