Shipping information and rates All orders are shipped from our showroom / warehouse in Copenhagen. Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until we send your order. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. The clothes pegs are securely wrapped in a cardboard box of suitable size lined with bubble wrap. The juices are packed in strong cardboard and the moving parts of the juicer itself are fastened with tape and string, so that they do not move inside the package. The invoice comes with the package. The table below shows the freight rates for the countries to which we deliver. (If your country is not on the list, you are welcome to send an e-mail, and we will probably find a solution). The freight is automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you have entered your shipping address, including your country.
