All orders are shipped from our showroom / warehouse in Copenhagen.
Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Your credit card will not be charged until we send your order.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
The clothes pegs are securely wrapped in a cardboard box of suitable size lined with bubble wrap.
The invoice comes with the package.
