All orders are shipped from our showroom / warehouse in Copenhagen. Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until we send your order. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. All shipments are securely packed so that they arrive safely. The invoice comes with the package.
